Findings, reports, scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Netallion's total aggregate liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the last 90 days (or the current billing period, whichever is lower), unless a written enterprise agreement states otherwise.
• Netallion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or business interruption).
