1. Authorized testing only
Critical Requirement
You must only use the Services on assets you own/control or where you have explicit written authorization.
2. Ownership verification gates
Netallion may require verification (e.g., DNS TXT) for ASM discovery and other capabilities. Attempts to bypass verification are prohibited.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- scan third-party targets without authorization,
- cause disruption (DoS), brute force, or abusive traffic,
- upload malware or use the platform to deliver malicious payloads,
- attempt to access data belonging to other tenants,
- reverse engineer or circumvent platform controls except where allowed by law,
- resell or provide access to the Services except where permitted by your plan or contract.
4. Enforcement
Netallion may block scans, throttle activity, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve logs for investigation. We may notify relevant parties where required to protect safety, comply with law, or prevent harm.
