Renewals, Cancellation & Retention
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- Monthly plans (Protect/Enforce): Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your paid month. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next monthly charge.
- Annual plans (Protect/Enforce annual): Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your annual term. Cancel at least 30 days before annual renewal to prevent renewal for the next annual term.
- Enterprise/MSSP: Terms may include a minimum term and renewal notice (commonly 60 days) per contract.
- Data retention: Monitor 7 days, Protect 30 days, Enforce 90 days, Enterprise 365 days. Audit/security logs may be retained longer for investigation and compliance.
For business customers purchasing in trade, Netallion may contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where permitted by law, by written agreement and where fair and reasonable. Consumer rights still apply where they cannot be excluded.
