1. Payments
Fees are charged as displayed at checkout or in an enterprise agreement. Taxes may apply.
Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. Netallion does not store full payment card details.
2. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we can investigate. If unresolved, you may pursue dispute options through your bank or payment provider.
3. Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in temporary suspension while we investigate. We may provide evidence to banks/processors such as invoices, timestamps, access logs, and service delivery events—while preserving tenant isolation and confidentiality.
4. Fraud and abuse
Fraudulent payments, excessive chargebacks, or policy violations may result in account termination.
